All test-takers are required to present a valid, non-expired photo ID (e.g., school ID, driver's license, passport, or other government-issued ID) at check-in. Please ensure your ID matches the name on your exam registration.

Information to Include in Your Email/Request:
- Proposed date/time of your testing appointment
- Testing window / exam due date
- Name of school / agency
- Course / exam name (e.g., BIO 101 Midterm)
- Exam type (e.g., paper/pencil or computer-based)
- Time allowed / limit
- Professor / agency name and contact information
Please allow at least 3 business days for paperwork processing prior to your desired test date.
Steps to Get Started:
- Notify your originating college/university that you have chosen Success Testing to proctor your upcoming exam(s).
- Request for the exam(s) and any specific proctoring instructions to be sent from your institution to us at exams@successtesting.org.
- Use the form on this page or send us an email to request your proposed testing appointment's date/time, your school/course information, exam duration, and attach any required proctor approval forms or certifications for us to complete and submit on your behalf.
- To SCHEDULE a testing appointment after your request is processed, remit your first proctoring hour deposit. An online invoice will be sent from our office once details are confirmed.
- When the proctoring deposit, exam materials, and proctoring instructions are all received and approved, a CONFIRMATION email will be sent to you.
